Welcome everyone to the Nerd Blog! Please feel free to post anything and everything, as long as it relates to the horror genre. There is only one rule. NO PERSONAL ATTACKS. Period. End of Story.

Horror fans can be very opinionated, and I am no exception, but we are all entitled to our opinions, and we need to keep it civilized. The horror genre has a negative perception to begin with, and there's no need to perpetuate it!

Congrats Horror Nerd for taking it to the next level! I've know this geek for quite sometime now (17+yrs) and that entire time we have been rounding up a horde of inbred mongrels to watch a splattery array of films ranging from the scariest/goriest horror movies ever made to films that are about as fun to watch as a steaming pile of turds cooling off for 90 minutes. Nothing is left unseen... No movie is too low budget or too tasteless to watch and that's good for your future blog readers. They can look to you to find those indie gems ala "The Turnpike Killer" and "The Super" as well as avoid the crap that we don't mind wasting 8 hours on a Sunday sifting through like desperate gold-miners. My point is the Nerd knows his stuff... He lives horror, he breathes horror, sometimes he even smells of horror. He's active in the independent community, attends lots of meet and greets, has an unrivaled collection of horror/sci-fi memorabilia, and really possesses the knowledge to become an authoritative figure in this specialized field of nerd-dom. So hats off to you brother.

Nice website, Todd!!!! I'm glad to see that your attempt at a website is sooooo much better than my failed attempt!!! ;)

Thanks for the kind words, but don't be ridiculous. You have done more for the horror community than most people! Your Facebook group is awesome. The fact the you have a website helps the horror community. Keep up the great work!
